All standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class.  Larger items will be sent via recorded delivery.  If you require a proof of delivery for your item you will need to select the Next Day Delivery Option.

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS

All UK orders are dispatched by First Class Recorded mail and usually take 1-3 working days from date of posting. You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been dispatched.

You will be notified immediately of any expected delay in the dispatch of your order.

Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by First Class Mail.

Next Day Delivery

The www.bagandwalletcompany.com realise that some orders are time critical and that the order is needed the next day.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is £4.95 and is available to most of the UK. The list below shows any exceptions;

As we can’t guarantee Next Day Delivery to the above destinations the only delivery method available will be the FREE STANDARD DELIVERY.

Next Day Delivery Times

All Next Day UK orders are dispatched by First Class Special Delivery.

Orders must be placed before 3pm for delivery next day.

Delivery will be made by 1pm the following day in most cases, please refer to http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/jump2?catId=400028&mediaId=400026 for accurate delivery times.

Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day.

Out of Stock Products

In order for the www.bagandwalletcompany.com to be the most comprehensively stocked leather goods site on the internet we aim for all our products to be in stock at the time of ordering. If however an item is out of stock it will say so on the product page, you can either place the order and we will send the item as soon as it becomes available. You can also e-mail us on info@bagandwalletcompany.com and we can advise you when the product will be back into stock.
