UK Standard Delivery

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS

All standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent via recorded delivery. If you require a proof of delivery for your item or a guaranteed delivery you will need to select the Next Day Delivery Option.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. If the order is placed after 2pm the order will be dispatched the following working day.

UK Standard Delivery Times

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS

All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and usually take 1-5 working days from date of posting. You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been dispatched.

You will be notified immediately of any expected delay in the dispatch of your order.

Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by Royal Mail.

UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

The Bag & Wallet Company realise that some orders are time critical and that the order is needed the next day.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is only £6.50 and is available to most of the UK. The list below shows any exceptions;

As we can't guarantee Next Day Delivery to the above destinations the only delivery method available will be UK STANDARD DELIVERY.

Next Day Delivery Times

All Next Day UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders must be placed before 2pm for guaranteed delivery next day. If the order is placed after 2pm the order will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery will be made by 1pm the following day in most cases, please refer to http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/jump2?catId=400028&mediaId=400026 for accurate delivery times.

International Delivery

We offer an International Delivery option to cater for those people around the world who wish to purchase our products. Our international delivery is only £7.50 to anywhere in the world.

International is defined as anywhere not in the United Kingdom.

All International Orders are sent via the Royal Mail Airmail Service.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. If the order is placed after 2pm the order will be dispatched the following working day.

The above delivery times are not guaranteed as there may be delays out of our control, but the performance of Royal Mail is continuously measured and the delivery times given are the results of what they achieve.
