For your piece of mind the The Bag & Wallet Company have a 28 day returns policy

We hope you are happy with the items that you have ordered from us. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your product we will gladly swap it or refund the purchase price (excluding any carriage charges if the item isn’t faulty).

All we ask is that you return the item(s) unused in it’s original packaging in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of the delivery date.  You MUST download a copy of our returns form from here and fill in all details including your order number an reason for return.

We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. You are advised to wrap the items carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return items by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.  Please remember to give us your name and address, and include a Returns Form correctly completed with your order.

Orders placed by credit or debit card from our website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.
